What to Monitor and How to Report
Todays collaboration infrastructures can be exceptionally
complex providing
multiple functionalities via a myriad of technologies. Monitoring and
Reporting on these environments can be complex task frequently resulting
in
long hours and unfortunately frustration when you realize that you have
missed something. You cannot monitor or report on every single one of the
thousands of statistics and performance indicators possible in your
collaborative infrastructure, likewise all infrastructures are different
so
one solution does not fit all. In this session we shall look at some of
the key decision criteria and processes involved when deciding, what is
a
priority to monitor, and how and what to report. When and to whom.
