IBM Content Collector - implementation, reasoning and deployment
Come and see how eDiscovery affects your enterprise and what the IBM Content Collector (previously Commonstore) in implemented:IBM Content Collector (f/k/a, CommonStore for Lotus Domino) gives companies the flexibility to retain data as needed by the business and legal department, with the option to set different policies for different groups of employees. Workgroup Connections, an IBM Premier Business Partner, will demonstrate how IBM Content Collector functions, the architecture behind it and installations examples. You will see a solution that enables organizations to enhance the IBM Lotus Notes environment by eliminating the need for local e-mail archives and by bringing that data into IBM's secure repository to be managed by the organization's retention polices. This powerful combination enables legal staff to access information via a secure environment using a web browser interface.

IBM Content Collector - implementation, reasoning and deployment Lars, We looked at it over Christmas and it still seemed a little rough around the edges for our liking. Not supporting DXL as the storage medium, or archiving other non mail DBs for instance. It did look pretty nice, with some nice data discovery features and so on. For us it's one for the future, seemed like a version 1 rather than a 2.1. ymvm, Sam

Is this a mature product, because we have IBM beating down our doors to sell the "old" Commonstore over here.
Should we sit on our hands and do Content Collecter instead, or is this for 2011?
